Lag

Hi Ea I try to play games and my connection is fine on other games but as soon as I go to play champs or rivals on fc25 I just lag and its really hard to play I've now lost my qualifying games due to this because I was just lagging and could barley do anything, also sometimes when I log in it doesn't let me as says you dont have connection to PlayStation but when I check on PlayStation I do
