[Resolved] FC server connectivity issues

Hey everyone,

we are investigating reports of connection issues in FC 25, FC 24 as well as our Web and Companion App services. Thanks for flagging this to us.

We will update you in this thread as soon as we have more information to share.

Update: The connectivity issues have now been resolved.

The connectivity issues to Ultimate Team on FC 25 / FC 24 / FIFA 23, and in VOLTA FOOTBALL on FC 24 / FIFA 23 should be resolved.

we can now confirm that the connectivity issues have been resolved. Thanks for all your reports and also understanding while we worked on it. Time to jump right back into the game now! 😀

Probably will have to dream really hard to think people should receive compensation for this like people like me aswell as others losing to disconnects in rivals losing out of a promotion and rush?

Not fixed in Clubs please look into this. Clubs matchmaking is broken.

Here's the issue in detail:

- Server we have selected is North America East

- Queue for a match or two and your selected server will default to Western Europe

- This happens after you Queue for next match in Clubs once the match is finished

- Sometimes it kicks you to the main menu after you finish a match and you have to close app, but queue keeps connecting to Western Europe. Almost like this is the default server value the system is using because you're Queueing too fast and it's not using the selected server?
