Rivals not working after renewing Game Pass Core

Hello,
I’ve been playing EA SPORTS FC 25 with Game Pass Core for a long time with no issues.
A month ago, everything worked fine — I had access to Ultimate Team Rivals and played regularly.
Then, after my Game Pass Core expired and I renewed it, the problem started.
Now, when I try to enter Rivals, the game shows a screen with options to purchase Game Pass Ultimate or Standard, even though I already have Core.
After I press “B” or cancel, I see “Checking account status”, and then nothing happens — it doesn’t load me into Rivals.
I’ve already tried all of the following:
- Restarted the console
- Deleted local save data
- Re-linked my EA and Xbox accounts
- Tried clearing MAC address / Alternate MAC address in the network settings
- Tried changing user profile
- Tried using a different network
Nothing has worked.
I contacted Xbox Support, and they confirmed that my Game Pass Core is active and working. They told me the issue is on EA’s side and referred me to this forum.
I would really appreciate help resolving this.
Also, I believe I’m entitled to compensation for the lost access to Rivals due to this issue.
