Servers down and lack of communication

Since the servers went down today again during the peak EU hours for at least an hour, I’m wondering why EA doesn’t mention it on any form of social media? It took almost 40min for someone to mention that you just posted it on X of all places? 
the lack of communication from this company is mental.

speaking of lack of communication please fix the weekly season 1 bug and start posting in the thread, can drop a link if there’s an issue with finding it since we haven’t seen a mod there for a few weeks, cheers
