Slow gameplay

Is anybody else having problems with slow gameplay? The players move like a truck and the input delay is horrible. 
Some games start okay but after a few minutes or if opponent pauses the game the game becomes heavy. Game in the current state is unplayable. 
I'm interested if everyone has this problem or just some.
