SQUAD BATTLE CRASH AT SCORING GOAL

as per title i am tired of wasting time and points for no reason, this problems happens since i have started to play in December, than it stopped and now recently started to happen again, and is frustrating. Who will give me back the loss and the points? Fine if it happen with those 2 games that u can repeat, but like right now scoring a goal winning goal at 80' minutes and bammm game closed without even a error message.

Repair the game - re-install the game nothing helps because isn't my problem its yours and i am paying.

So Here to ask a refund or a easy way to ask the chance to play the game again.
