Unfortunately, EA does not care. I am having the same problem on PS5 so it is an issue across all platforms. EA does not operate like any other company who wants users to have a positive experience while all the kids are feeding them micro transactions. A "normal company" would address this to their customers and say we are working on fixing this to create an enjoyable user experience, but not EA. They will ignore the problem and won't even acknowledge it, or the menu freezes that happen every 5 minutes in the menus. They do not care about their customers and it is a top-down culture they have cultivated for years.
