Isn't there somebody I can call for this problem so it can be fixed in one evening? Cause if I am being honest, it takes me too long. Were are already three months trying to solve this problem and I am scared it will take much longer.
I had to delete my settings file and create a new one. That was the only solution, but now I am all data lost. Is there a possible that I can get my data back or get a gift or something as a compensation? I think that is fair

Hey, I'm glad you got this fixed.
The data loss should only be local; you might need to fix your in-game settings once again and could end up losing the progress in the skill games. However, for all online modes, you should still have the content in your account, as it is not saved locally. What exactly did you lose in this process?
