Start up problems with EA FC 25

The problem is as follows: Every time during startup I am zoomed in completely so that I only see the color of the game. After starting, choosing a language, settings, I end up in the menu. Here I only miss ALL buttons. When I then click on esc to close the game it suddenly zooms in again on the button no.

    Hey, I'm glad you got this fixed. 

    The data loss should only be local; you might need to fix your in-game settings once again and could end up losing the progress in the skill games. However, for all online modes, you should still have the content in your account, as it is not saved locally. What exactly did you lose in this process?
