Steam Account validating files for FC 25

I am having an issue of validating 3 files that are missing on steam account for FC 25. Each time I d/L the files and start the game I try to do an SBC and it show a text message..."There was an error communicating with the Football Ultimate Team servers,. Please try again." I repeat many many time to d/l the files which are always 3 but i seem like it cant keep them. I uninstalled the game a dozen time and no help.
