FC 25 not launching serious problem faced by many it seems

FC 25 on Steam is driving me crazy. Most of the time it won’t launch — the splash screen comes up but the loading bar never appears, it just freezes there. Out of 30–40 tries, maybe once it loads. Sometimes pressing Ctrl + Shift + Win + B helps, but that’s rare.

I’ve already done everything — from the basics like deleting settings and even the license folder (as EA support suggested), to clean installs of AMD drivers with DDU, testing multiple driver versions, turning off all Radeon features, reinstalling both the game and the EA App, clearing cache, deleting profile/settings, disabling overlays, reinstalling DirectX, running sfc /scannow and DISM, doing a clean boot, resetting BIOS to defaults, removing overclocks, trying different launch options, and even compatibility modes. Nothing changes.

The game itself runs perfectly when it finally manages to start — smooth and stable. The issue is just getting past that splash screen.
