Community ManagerIf you have already installed the latest drivers, and system update, could you check if restoring the previous Nvidia drivers resolves the issue?
Please test the old drivers to see if they impact your game performance. Additionally, I recommend performing a clean installation of the driver.
After yesterday's update I tried to play and it was unplayable (like many others already said game is stuttering hard) without updating any GPU drivers at all, they were the very same drivers I was playing smoothly on Monday
As a result of that, yesterday I then performed a clean installation of the latest Nvidia drivers, repaired the game and even re installed in different hard drivers and no change, gameplay is always stuttering with old or new drivers and same settings that I had when I was playing smoothly a couple of days ago
- @Banehx I did the same, and it is still unplayable, even offline game modes. Had no issues before and running ultra 4k smooth. There is definetly something wrong with the latest update 5 they released. I tried everything so let's hope they can fix this soon
- @gregoirski 100%, happens in both FUT and also offline modes. Just opened different games as I thought it was my problem but the rest of games run great as always
Stop trying to look for problems on the players end when its clearly an Issue caused by the new Update. We are not here to playtest your game for you. The only thing that is going to fix this is escalating it to the devs and fixing it on your end!

- @EA_Pulsar i literally reinstalled nividia drivers tried older driver reinstalled the whole game tried every possible setting change in game and in nividia control panel nothing helps the update missed something up idk whats wrong
I used DDU to remove completely my Nvidia driver an make a clean install, nothing changed. The issue is with the last ea update, since it was fine before that.
Curiously I bought the game in 19th November, I don't know if it is coincidence or not, but I remember playing 1 game offline and the game was amazing, super fluid, 0 stutter... I don't know if it was already updated... In EA FC 24 I had a big problem that I wasn't able to solve that was the fps drop in corner kicks above all... I was a bit worried it would be a concern in EA FC 25, but it surprised me as it was even more fluid that during the game (that was already fluid).
20th November I tried to play online (seasons) and there came the problems... Lots of moments where it freezes and then speeds up and I have 0 control in the action of the players during 5-10 seconds (yeah, that much time...)
I thought it was only online, I tried changing some settings as suggested here and in other sites and it was the same... Tried playing offline and surprisingly there was the same problem, freeze, but as it isn't online when the game defreezes I have normal control again... It happens mainly when a player is carrying the ball in sprint lots of meters on the left or right side... I also noticed that my CPU goes to 100% easily, and that's when it happens... I even had a bluescreen once!
I tried everything, even switching EA FC from F: disk to C: disk (where is OS) and it didn't change a thing. Tried in game definitions, tried Nvidia definitions, tried Windows definitions, game mode definitions... are u an ea bot or something the game after patch micro stutters every min no settings changed its after the patch devs messed something up just fix the issue and stop saying change settings it doesnt help
Hello EA, For a week now I cannot play the game.. Because there is heavy fps drops tried everything and nothing seems to work.. I play ultimate team couldnt finish the season pass.. couldnt get rivals rewards last week.. Couldnt play WL in the weekend.. And will not be able to get rival rewards this week because I lose every game.. Cannot even play career mode because the fps drops are there also? I would like to know how you guys will reward me because I am playing from early release and now I am missing out big time.. Would like a reaction because this is not normal.. Also I noticed when the fps drops happens me gpu goes like a jet engine this never happend before.. Please help me wanna finish the season pass today would really help me because I already missed 3 rewards 😔..

Since last Tuesday after the new patch, the game started to have a massive delay. Looks like I am playing in slow motion.
This is causing a very poor gaming experience.
The delay can be found in playing Rush, Squad Battles, Rivals, and Fut Champions. My WL's performance was affected by it. The game is unplayable, the commands are not responsive.
I ran several internet connection tests, and my internet is normal. I can watch streaming videos normally. I work from home and do working sessions and video conferences with a camera without any issues or delays. I played other games, MMORPGs, and Shooting games on PC and PS5, and I had no problems or lag.
FC25 is unplayable on PS5. It's impossible, and the perception is that the more the game advances in time, the worse the delay gets. on the pre-match screen, where the ping/latency is shown, it games me 18-20ms, far from what's happening in-game.
The game starts to be very delayed in the first 5 minutes of match time. After 70 minutes of match time, the game turns to be unplayable. Even fresh players look like they are totally out of stamina due to the input delay. There are several pass errors, several tackle misses, and several goal misses. This is a nightmare.
By the way, I am speaking from Germany. I've seen several people from all around the world complaining about the same issue here at the forum and also on several Discord channels.
I have matches with 0% packet loss, but the game is still delayed. It begins badly, and sometimes during the game, it gets worse. Playing in Div 3, my opponent and I look like Div 10 players, with several tackles missed, pass accuracy around 70%, suffering stupid goals, and making stupid goals over stupid errors.
The matches are more like roulette, you don't win because of your ability, you win when you get lucky due to the errors the game makes you commit due to the delay
more than 1 week since the update.
more than 1 week with the game with A LOT of DELAY and EA doesn't do anything.
Looks like we have either the option to get used to a ridiculous gameplay experience or to give up the game
Any update about this? The game on PC it's still broken. Stop giving the same advice "check your drivers bla bla". Fix the f*** game!
