in my case the problem occurs when I play at 144hz. I have slight drops that make the game stutter. until before the patch no problem. the only solution for me is to play at 120hz, doing this I have no problems
@RNG-karnak07 tried that and if I cap it at 120 fps and hz the game is even worse (this also happened before the patch anyway)
