Seriously, if it was ANY other company this problem would've been already solved, either by a hotfix or a rollback. But this company really doesn't care about it's player base, worst consumer experience ever. It's been already a month since i didn't receive my rivals rewards, and they don't give any answer besides "we're working on it" and also marked the question as "solved" , seriously, how marking anything as solved when it is not can contribute to the players?
Now, I cant even play the game that was running smoothy until the update 5 and they don't tell us anything about it!!! But i believe that this lack of communication isn't the community manager's fault, they're justing following orders, also I don't think the stuttering lag remaining unsolved after 4 days it's dev team fault either, probably they're just underpaid, undernumbered and overwoking, the real problem are the big guys on the company that are just greedy as hell!
I just feel completely humiliated by this company, i bought their product and they just don't care about our experiences, it is really frustrating. Seriously guys, year after year they keep giving us a worse version of the previous game, we keep buying it, and we keep being ignored about the game's problems, where are we doing with ourselves? Where is our self-love? I really think that i'm done with EA Sports, i love football and i love games, but i can't be in this toxic relationship anymore. I'll await for a REAL company to step-up and launch the game that we deserve, until there, i wont be giving any of my hard-earned money to this DISRESPECTFUL company.
Nah bro this is crazy, I had frame frops where i couldn't control my players even before the update, but after some days I managed to fix it easily. Then, after 2-3 weeks of litteraly no frame drops, I updated the game on november 19th and the situation was unfixable. Also tried to reset my pc after watching thousends of videos of possible fixes. Even resetting it didn't solve it xD. It's driving me crazy
