Stuttering on PC after the Update?

Okay... Please hear me out. I tried EVERYTHING because i was thinking this problem happens because of my pc. NOTHING has solved the problem.

I have 5 friends playing this game and only me have this problem. This means only a small group of people having this problem.

PROBLEM;
eaanticheat.exe priority class (at task manager) defaultly set to ABOVE NORMAL also game is set to ABOVE NORMAL and this causes ac and game use lots of cpu's, i watch it everytime i tried a solution, cpu level standing at %70-%80 and suddenly hits %100 and game STUTTERS.
I asked lots of people, people who have this stuttering problem, cant change that priority class from task manager. BECAUSE something prevents it from changing. People who doesnt have this problem can change the priority class (please let me know if you can or not). I have changed security measures, edit regedit files to change priority class to normal or lower. nothing helped. Problem starts here. YOU KNOW THAT! I don't want to believe the genious ea developers, codders doesnt able to find what causes this. 

How can i be so sure? because i played fifa 23 over 600 hours. AND this problem affects fifa23 too. I cant play even that... because of this...

Please... its been 15 days. We paid for this game too... we may be a small group but give us a solution we need that. nothing will work believe me dont come to with nonsense delete settings run pc with clean startup etc. Only developers can solve this problem. I almost broke my pc trying to fix that. I played 600 hours fifa 23. 800+ hours fc24. you're ruining my fun need man. do something...
