@MasterOfGames985 For me it's constantly in game. Freezing for between 1 and sometimes 5-6 seconds, with following uncontrolled speed up.
Like playing on a really, really bad wifi connection. Except I run a wired fibre connection in Western Europe.
Anyway, this doesn't seem to be connection related at all, since I can track the freezes and it corresponds with my CPU maxing out at 100% usage.

I have an ASUS gaming laptop with a 3060 and the game works fine, but my Desktop PC with a 4070 Super I got this issue since TU5 (slow down, speed up, uncontrolled 5-6 seconds, sometimes more). I tried everything suggested here, nothing helps. I can hear the CPU fans going on high speed when it happens while CPU peaking 100% at this moment.
Part of the problem is that we can't we put in task manager - details - fc25.exe on high and eaanticheat on low, for example. I tried the suggestion of using Process Tamer but that is essentially the same problem that you can't ovverride the 'above normal' priority of both FC25.exe and EAAntiCheat.exe.
I have missed out now on numerous weeks of 'normal' gameplay in rivals and FUT champs. My issues started with TU3 first, which lasted for 3 or 4 weeks. With TU4 my problems got solved (in that update the only event that could trigger the untrolled moments was a throwing, and switching with right stick to a receiver player, which then started to run untrolloed...), and in TU5 everything came back worse, continuing in TU6 and TU6.1.This is the most terrible gaming experience I had in my whole life of gaming which started in 1996. I'm a power user on a PC, know my way around in adding values to registry, etc, I have built my own PCs since 1998.
