Stuttering on PC after the Update?

I have a pc armed with 4090 and i9 14 generation the game is terrifying. The only interesting way I've found is to use lossless scaling 

Completely agree with you there mate. This just made the freezes and delay stop. After 1 month I am able to play the game again. 

And it only took 5 minutes, it might help you.

Few people including myself have received bans for this exact thing.

I've been playing FIFA series right since FIFA 94 (The very first one) and my UT goes back to 2012.

Yet, I daresay EA is the worst software company I have ever seen.

I cannot wish for a reliable competitor game more...

This is already the 5th time I missed out on rivals rewards this week and this week could be the 5th time I will miss fut champs rewards... When are you going to fix this anti cheat and optimization issue for god sake this is too much EA!! 1 Month and 3 weeks already we are almost at the 2 month mark!! This is unbelievable and unacceptable from a big billionaire company like EA !! How can other companies fix this so quick and you guys can't...  blows my mind it's crazy you guys should be in the Guinness book of world records...

Guys i have again freezes with read only fix. Ac files keep updating to 12/12. Why read only doesn't work anymore???

Just today I submitted an application to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection in my country.

Another week another promo and no news about fixing this issue on PC? It's so frustrating

The game's ~30% of its lifetime has ended without us, PC players, experiencing it as we approach the mid-season transfer window. The best thing we can do as 'PC playerbase' after this fiasco is to stop buying the game starting next year, support competitors like 2K or UFL, and hope for a decent football game from them. This is what happens when there’s no competition, they can do whatever they want, like taking no action on such a critical problem, showing they don’t care about their player base as long as they get you to pay the full price. On top of that, they ban people who are doing the job EA engineers should be doing finding workarounds for the problem we’re having, they’re rewarded with a ban (lol).

Once again, the worst thing has happened to the players who paid for the game and rightfully want to enjoy it, while EA sadly gets away with it, and no one can do anything about it. It’s hecking disappointing.

It's a joke that the authorities don't make the slightest explanation, let's hope they try to fix the game, if it continues for a long time, I seem to apply to the consumer committee.

For some reason since Wednesday a good sunday montag and thuesday i am experiencing some new buggs. 

- Players run without any reason to different directions 

- You cant dribble anymore

- You are able to shoot with a right foot finese shot but the player will decide to shoot with the weak foot trivela style

- Players stop running if you chase a defender 

i guess its over for me i cant do this anymore.

The game is running almost stress free for me given how bad it was before. Still get some minor freeze from time to time but i can play and to be fair i dont feel delay in terms of controller input. My PC is very old, 7 years already, it has i5-7600K, gtx 1070, 16 gb of ram, no SSD but i do have a 144hz 1ms 1080p monitor.

The best configuration ive found is to have it borderless full screen, everything on low, no Vsinc and setting the Nvidia 3d settings to balanced. Still not perfect but its playable, way better than before. 

I also think its probably time to buy a new PC but im still afraid of the issues not being fully resolved after that. Something is causing this conflict, not sure if its the hardware or the software but currently the Anticheat is still too heavy for old machines and i guess newer ones with certain CPUs.

Also im still using windows 10, not sure if that might affect the performance. Were getting very close to Christmas and New Year so i dont expect any patches until January either. 

Im still waiting for @AntiCheatWard to suggest what hardware parts are recommended to run FC25 flawlessly.

Hi in advance, I know anticheat is still the problem etc. But I have been testing around so much the last few days. I came across a forum that talked about ingame stuttering in GTA V. The problem was that many had activated the game mode on the PC. Now I've switched it off and activated HDR and it's gone. I'll see if it stays that way, but I started the game five times and it was very good. No delays. Apparently the game mode interferes with other background processes which can cause problems with anticheat. Just test it and give feedback. Thank you. I am surprised myself
