I have a pc armed with 4090 and i9 14 generation the game is terrifying. The only interesting way I've found is to use lossless scaling
@paolomc87 Try locking the fps to 85 in Nvidia app, then go to windows settings-display-graphics add fc25.exe and change let windows decide to 4090. And go to the game settings and put the fps to 90, you can keep all the other settings on ultra ( you have a beefy GPU). I think it will decrease the suttering.
I did that yesterday, the game was way better but not fixed (on my 4070ti), but when i put the fps on ilimited or 120 it was stuttering every 2 sec, and unplayable for no reason
