Stuttering on PC after the Update?

Anybody tried the old files? Can somebody with "poor" PC share their experience? Thank you, shame on EA btw.

I guess they must have updated the anticheat recently because I've never had such terrible stuttering in this game. BRAVO EA!!! XD

For everyone who has still the problem, I will repost my solution (it fixed my stutters for myself, try it, its not a read only method)

I no longer have any stutters, the only problem is that I have to play at 60 fps rn until ea drop a fix :/ 

NVIDIA Users :

IN NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL, FIRST SELECT MANAGE 3D SETTINGS > PROGRAM SETTINGS (and not Global), then select EAFC 25 and after follow these steps :

1. Enable "Vertical sync" (set to "Use global setting (On)") / or just set to ON 
2. Set "Max Frame Rate" to 60
3. Keep these settings:
   • Triple buffering: "Use global setting (Off)"
   • Low Latency Mode: "Use global setting (Off)"

AMD Users :

For AMD users, you need to go to AMD Radeon Software (AMD Adrenalin). Here's the equivalent procedure (I think)

1. Open AMD Radeon Software
2. Go to "Gaming" > "Games" > select your game (EAFC 25)
3. Configure these equivalent settings:
   • "Wait for Vertical Refresh" or "Vertical Sync": Set to On
   • "Frame Rate Target Control" or "FPS Target": 60
   • "Anti-Lag": Off
   • "Enhanced Sync": Off

EAFC Settings :

• Resolution: 1920 x 1080
• Mode: Windowed
• Refresh Rate: 60 Hz
• FPS: 60
• V-Sync: Off
• Dynamic Resolution: Off
• Cutscenes: 50%
• All other settings: Off

Don't forget to set your display to 60 Hz in Windows display settings and try it ! 

Sorry if this doesn’t solve your issues, but it’s not normal to have to do all this just to get a game working that we pay for every year. EA should be ashamed.

I think i tried this but the game feels really slow and sluggish. Plus it looks very bad

can you share the steps 

Does anyone had same problem? Ifi made those files as read only my game won't start. It's freezed on loading screen without filling bar?

@Faalaaa  I was using the prev method of deleting the ac files and booting the game in offline, that made it somewhat playable.

But after using the ac files u shared my gameplay is wayyyyy smooother, still some micro stutter here and there but for the most part actaully playable.

@yungray2002  I tried to boot it with the new archives and the old method (reinstall the game, swap archives, read only and go) but they got instantly updated when i oppened first time, should i do something different with the old archives? 

i see people giving up... I might give up too

Its been a time since i check this .. ofc no solution from EA right ? No surprise here..

I hope theres some kind of compesation and explanation from EA about this, having almost 4k people with the same error and sharing it online, how the hell didnt they fix ir.

To me not only the anticheat os Messing with the game lowering my FPS to under 10, when i used to play at minimum 120, and even after turning the game and ea off the anticheat still keeps Messing with my CPU somehow.

Pls fix this earlier as possible, its starting to get rediculous, no updates despite the erros for more than a month.

What i try... I redownload Fc24 to make sure is it my computer or Game issue and play online my game run smooth as usual but when i play Fc25 smooth for 1st match and later 5 mins it gets shutter even in kickoff offline too. I tried everything possible fix nothing's works . My Cpu temp under 53°c and Gou under 65°c its Winter no problem on heating.

I can't believe gaming media isn't writing tons about this. Gaming companies really are deep as * into their pockets. EA is still SELLING the game, not letting new customers know that they're having severe issues. Its a straight up scam. Go * yourselves.

399 pages EA what a disgrace, 399 pages of complaints online to do with your anti cheat and you don't give any answers.

Everyone who owns this game file for a refund under your statutory rights the game was playable for 2 months only and then broken through no fault of our own.

It should be fit for purpose for 2 years, the game is a beta. I had crazy team in elite division and just when completed Vini JR sbc the game was broken by EA. Then we missed everything since middle of November all promos, cards, events and most importantly the game we paid alot a money for.

The only answer we got was ea anticheat ward saying he don't know how to fix! Well know this, this is the last game I buy from EA period.

You sold us BF2024 when it was broken and then you sold us EAFC and broke it yourselves, but rather than revert to update 4 you chose to carry on and break the game further with the updates that followed.

How this isn't more advertised in forums and social media is beyond belief and your the making of your own downfall, all we need now is a company to make a solid game and it's no competition, you got broken menus, mechanics, optimization doesn't exist not to mention the hackers online securing 15-0 week in week out, as well as the store packs you put out that false advertise everything so you have to dish out compensation, where is the refund EA for this beta you sold us ??

I have tried various solutions, including adjusting graphics settings, updating drivers, and verifying the game files, but the performance issues remain. I also noticed that several other users on Steam have reported similar problems, which suggests this might be a widespread issue.

Could you please provide any guidance or updates regarding this matter?
