I had the same problem. Installing the old version 566.36 of the nvidia drivers helped me

    I did roll back to a few older versions, but they did not help. I don't clearly remember if I've already tried 566.36 - it does ring a bell, so I might have - but I'll give it another shot. Thanks gorozh​
