Good afternoon, I have tried to buy 2,800 fifa points it has taken the money out of my account but not updated my account with the points I purchased what do I do?

I have purchased on the fifa 25 game normally I get a confirmation email for the purchase I didn’t receive one of those either so am confused it was defo fifa 25
