Technical glitch took my team

I was doing an sbc and put in the wrong filters which put all my highlights rated players into the squad, I then cleared the squad and fixed the filters to put in 11 gold cards rated 83, once the team rating was 83 I submitted this. The game glitched and took the 11 high rated cards, I have lost my full main team due to this glitch. This is after spending money on packs and playing the game for 400+ hours…
