Have you tried using a different connection to try to speed up the download of the required data?

Also, you can post in Italian on the Italian boards of EA Forums.

I tried the advice you gave me and it worked. I had to use my friend's connection which is more powerful than mine, thanks for spreading the message in the English community because it means that more people have seen it. Thanks again for the advice, it was helpful to me 🙂.
