The game dosn't open !!

The game does not want to work and is stuck on the logo image. I contacted EA Support and they gave me some methods but they did not succeed. For example, out of the seventy times I tried to open the game, the game did not open, for example, except twice, and it was working very smoothly. So I do not think that it is a problem with me or with my files. At least it is a problem with the company EA. I hope someone helps me, it is very urgent.
