The game is not working

The issue began two weeks ago when the game unexpectedly crashed. Now, every time I try to launch it, the screen turns green and freezes right after the personal settings page. I've already reinstall...

    delete your personal setting save and make a new one

Every time I validate it on Steam, it indicates that three files are missing. It downloads them, but when I try to start the game, I have the same issue. When I go back to validate it, I find that there are once again three missing files.
