"There was a problem getting your online information. Please try again."

After every Clubs league match, my two friends and I keep getting this error that forces us to restart the game: "There was a problem getting your online information. Please try again." There hasn’t been any solution provided so far. There’s another thread about this issue, but the moderators are ignoring it, and many players are experiencing the same problem. Getting support from EA is nearly impossible. In the threads opened about this, they just reply with a Twitter link they shared months ago and offer no actual help. And it seems like they ignore this problem because they couldn't solve it and they don't wanna waste their time.

We are on PC.
We play maybe 5-6 people together only 3 of us have the issue.
I tried to delete and install the game didn't work.
Our internet providers are different.
