I have the exact same issue. After EVERY single clubs "league match" i try to play another match and i get this error. 2 workarounds are and both work for me: 1) restart the game; or 2) change language in the settings and then change it back right after

but the fact that this issue is still there is insane, it started randomly as well. I literally built a new pc recently and started gaming on it so i'm sure there is no issue on my end, its this ***t game.
