'There was an error communicating with the football ultimate team servers.'

hi, so about 2 weeks ago i got shadow banned from the eafc 25 market, and i have tried everything to fix but im still shadow banned? i bid on a lot of players so i believe thats why but it says online that the bans usaully only last 48-72 hours not 2 weeks? what can i do? i tried everything including contacting ea help but they couldnt do anything?
