Maybe it could be becuase your FN key is on LOCK? This just came to my mind, but next you might be able to go disable AutoHotkey in Taskhost at the tab 'Startup - Apps' and just disable everything which could be having any influence on your hotkeys, you could also take a look in your processes who are running and see if you can find anything which is related to a Hotkey, And you can try re-booting in safe mode,
