Title update not downloading (PC)

When i want to play ultimate team it says that i need to download the title update.After restarting the game i dont get any title update to download.
I reinstalled the game verifyied the game cleared the cache.Nothing changed.
Please help

    but when i play my eafc25,and i click on my personal setting,the game was force close and idk how to do it
