too many have accessed this account's version of EA FC 25 recently

Hello, today I just bought fc 25 to my steam account, it is my first my dowloading fc 25 to this account and to this computer but I still get the error showen in the title, I would really like a help to fix it asap otherwise I am planning on a refund.
