TOTW breakthrough pack glitch

The TOTW breakthrough pack in my store needs to be redeemed. This is the name that’s showing up for the pack : *card.desc.TotwProvPack

Whenever i try to open it from the mobile app, or my PS5, there’s some glitch. On my phone, it logs me out. On the PS, it says “problem connecting with server”
