Toty defender evo

There's 4 days left on the evo yet I cannot put my player into it for some reason.  The day sony was down I couldn't get online so if I've lost the opportunity to complete my evo due to that is there any form of help I can recieve in completing it in the 4 days window? As it would have been done if not for the server crash which i shouldn't be punished for .
