ultimate team black screen error

First of all, if you cannot understand some of what I say, I am sorry, the language I speak is Turkish, not English.The problem is that when entering a match in ultimate team, it gets stuck on a black screen. It happens frequently and it has become annoying. I have reset my settings. My hardware is up to date. I have also looked at the forums but there is no solution. There is music in the background on the black screen but it does not detect any keys.
