Ultimate TOTS FUT Champs DC (DISCONNECT) twice

I was on my way to getting Six Wins Which Was The Bare Minimum I Wanted. I Was winning 3-1 in one of my games and 4-3 in the other in both of them the game just froze for like a solid 30 seconds and I got kicked out it said that I didn't get the win and that it counted as a game loss both times.

I Generally Don't Know What Happened But I Wanted To see if U could Help Figure Out what was wrong.
