Unable to access my ultimate squad

Question

I'm facing odd issue for couple of hours now, whenever I tried to access my ultimate squad from within ps5 fc25, I got kicked out with a report issue screen, total crash, looks like my squad has inconsistent player or something wrong, I opened a case with EA support, still no fixes... that's totally blocking me from benefiting with my ps plus subscription and the online mode on fc25

Hey, could you please use the Ultimate Team web app or the companion app to create a new squad with different player items and tactics? Try to avoid using any special items, and then save it as your main squad before testing the game again.
