Unbearably Slow Menus

Okay, so ever since last week or so my menus are crazy slow. So slow that it's **bleep**ing taking 6-7 minutes to like just get into the SBC and then to submit it.

This has never happened to me before, idk what's the problem. I'm hardwired and gameplay is fine but the menus are crazy slow man. I'm on PS5, ETHERNET 1GBPS UPLOAD AND DOWNLOAD.

Someone please help, it's a stupid bug or something but this is driving me crazy.
