Unclaimed gold pack glitch
Cant claim my goldpack I got from another pack. I know im not the only one but has anyone figured out a solution?
If I try to claim it from unmanaged items it just throws me out of the game on companion app and PS5.

Exactly the same issue with a loan pack…
I have the Same Problem. With PS5 and also with App
Same. Tried console, web app and companion app. All just kick me out.
Same happened to me on the app and my console
I have the same problem. I bought a pack from the store because I need the 1500 SP to get to level 40 and now it has a gold pack that says Unlock *card.desc. TotwProv... and I can’t open any other packs. Is very frustrating right now. If I open the pack it will kick me out to the game main screen saying I have lost connection with the server and if I open the pack on the companion app it will log me out.
