unfairly banned
Hello, I was shocked by the e-mail I received last night. I was unfairly banned even though I did not cheat at all and I cannot play the game. There is a huge mistake. Please help. You can review my Steam account for every match. I would like to send you a screenshot. Last night, I even bought FIFA points through Steam to do development tasks. When I entered this morning, I received the e-mail that I was banned for, for no reason. Please correct this. There is a huge mistake.

We can't check this out for you from the forums but our Terms of Service team can take a look. Please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team if you believe a ban was added by mistake.
They'll email you back once the investigation wraps up, so keep an eye on your inbox (and spam/junk folders; sometimes, emails can be routed through to those).
