Unresolved Game-Breaking Bug in FC 24 & FC 25 – Completely Unacceptable

Dear EA Sports Team,

I have been a loyal FIFA player since 1998, and I have always enjoyed the incredible gaming experience your company once provided. However, after purchasing FC 24 and FC 25, I am beyond disappointed with the state of these games.

One of the most infuriating issues I have encountered is the complete loss of keyboard functionality when playing SEASONS mode. My players stand still, unresponsive, as if the game itself has given up. I am not alone in this; countless players have reported the exact same issue, yet you continue to turn a blind eye to it.

Despite numerous complaints, there has been no resolution, no proper response, and absolutely no accountability from EA Sports. This is beyond frustrating—it’s outright negligence. How can a company that once set the standard for football gaming allow its reputation to crumble due to laziness and incompetence?

Your games are riddled with bugs, yet you continue to focus on microtransactions and useless cosmetic updates rather than fixing core gameplay issues. I refuse to waste another cent on this franchise. If this is the direction EA Sports is heading, then I and many others will take our money elsewhere.

Fix your game or watch your loyal fan base disappear.
