WEBAPP working but can't connect on my Console

While the Web App is working perfectly fine, I’m unable to connect to the game on my PS4 console.

Every time I try to log in through the console, I get the message:

“You lost your online connection. Check your home network. ...”

I’ve checked my internet connection, restarted both my router and console, and everything else seems to be working normally so I’m not sure what’s causing this issue specifically on the console side.

If anyone else is dealing with the same thing or has found a fix, I’d really appreciate the help!
