Weird glitch Causing EA menus to open everytime I try to sprint

hello,unfortunately I’ve been encountering a glitch recently on Xbox 1 where anytime I try to sprint in squad battles or rivals, the EA party menu pops up and freezes my game. During this time I am unable to press pause or stop the game in any way and it closes/crashes the app. It has caused me a couple of squad battle losses and a few on rivals. Please advise on how to fix this or for me to play the games back as it gave me auto quit losses.&nbsp;thank you.&nbsp;

Only way I’ve found to solve is to move to a custom control set up, then pause the game again then go back to normal.&nbsp;Make sure the custom moves the sprint to something else.&nbsp;
