Whats the problem FC25 crash

Hi guys, found a fix on PS4: when starting the game, during the loadscreens keep on  pressing the X and O button alternatingly and quickly, until the menu to select the game mode (such as 'ultimate team') appears. Hope it works for you too. If so, have fun!
