Hi, I tried to redeem the code on my ps4 version of fc 25 to be able to download it on ps5 for free but it hasn't shown up even though it says I have done it in my transactions and the code worked as it came up with game and I clicked redeem but I can't find it anywhere.

Is there any other things you would suggest to try?
Yeah any other suggestions would be awesome. The help bot suggested going to a retailer even though that redeem code didn’t come from a retailer, it came from EA.
And the EA help thing doesn’t let you put in a ticket for downloading/installing since it isn’t any issue worthy of tickets.
Did you ever get this to work?
