Wifi connection problem

Question

Hi guys, I’ve been having a big problem for a while now. Ultimate Team doesn’t work for me in Rivals, Draft, etc.
I noticed that this only happens when the console is on Wi-Fi — with the LAN cable it works, but I want to use Wi-Fi.
With the previous versions of FC, I didn’t have this issue. Have you encountered this problem too?
I’ve searched everywhere on Google, YouTube, but I couldn’t find any solution.
I should mention that my Wi-Fi connection and speed are very good!
PS: The problem is definitely with FC, because I’ve been able to play other online games just fine.

Thanks for your response buddy but in the past I played FC on Wifi and everything was alright. Why now is a problem?

andreiwrn Please do not play online games, especially FIFA/FC, over Wi-Fi. Please switch to a wired connection as soon as possible.For your problem, compare Wi-Fi settings on the router or on the console with your LAN connection. Something must have changed which is causing this issue. Maybe reset and apply fresh settings on the console. See if this helps.
