Wrongful Account Ban – Coin Distribution Allegation (Need Help)

I’m writing here because my EA FC account was recently permanently banned due to “coin distribution,” which I believe is a mistake.

I have never bought or sold coins, and I have never used any third-party services. All I’ve done is trade players on the transfer market by bidding on low-priced cards and selling them for profit — something completely within the game’s mechanics.

I submitted two appeal messages through EA Help, but both were rejected with a standard response saying the decision was final. However, I still have no idea which transaction(s) caused this or how I violated the rules.

I’m a long-time FIFA/FC player, and I’ve put a lot of time into this account. I would really appreciate if a senior advisor or someone from the support team could review this again manually and provide some clarity. Even just knowing what specific behavior triggered the ban would be helpful.
