I send a dispute and I only saw the declined message on EA, but I didn't even get a message asking why it was rejected. As I said before, this is not just a problem with me, there are many people on the forums who got banned because of this problem including my friends. Even though I sent 2 emails, it was rejected twice for no reason. Can you please help instead of giving a quick answer?
