Wrongfully Banned from FC 25 – Live Support Told Me Ban Would Be Lifted
Hello EA Team,
I’m posting here because my EA SPORTS FC account was recently banned, and I believe this was done by mistake. I have never cheated or broken any rules, yet I received a permanent ban with no clear reason given.
What’s worse, I contacted EA Live Support, and they told me that after checking my case, the ban would be 100% lifted. I was told to wait a few days — but instead, I later received another generic email saying the ban was upheld with no further explanation.
This is unacceptable. I followed the rules. I’ve spent real money on this game. And now I’m permanently banned without ever being told what I supposedly did wrong. I’ve asked repeatedly for a clear reason, but I keep getting copy-paste replies saying the User Agreement was violated — with no evidence, date, or explanation.
Please, I am asking you to escalate my case to a real person who can manually review my account. There’s clearly confusion here, and I shouldn’t be punished for something I didn’t do.
This situation is extremely frustrating, and I’m just asking for basic fairness. If live support could see I was innocent, I’m sure someone here can too.
