Wrongfully banned on my MASKEDZM account name

I recently got banned and have no idea why.

I don't buy coins 

I don't send people messages 

I don't do trading on each

I did just get a new WiFi box 

I did just buy some eafc points via the PSN store

And I did look on my login report and it seems like someone logged into my account from a different town I've never heard off 

Ea keep on denying my appeal to get unbanned 

But they don't explain why

I've spent alot of money with ea

And this time last year right before tots this happened to me but eafc unbanned me because I was wrongly banned, but it did take weeks because they didn't bother to look into it and help.
