You lost your connection to your opponent and desynchronized game

Today I ecountered some issues. When I play UT after a few seconds the game tells me that You lost your connection to your opponent and when I want to play Pro Clubs with my friends the same thing happens, but the game tells me that the game desynchronized. I tried talking to support but nothing worked. I would be very happy if somebody knows any fix.
